AEM 92-94 Nissan 240SX Red Short Ram Intake

The AEM 22-440R Performance Short Ram Air Intake System is an affordable product designed to easily increase your engine's horsepower and torque. This AEM air intake system replaces the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing. It has been designed, tuned, and dyno-tested to fit specific Nissan 240SX models. Air passes through a large-diameter AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter for superior airflow, filtration, and performance. The engine also produces a richer, more aggressive resonance during acceleration, allowing you to hear and feel the increase in horsepower. The intake pipe is made of mandrel-bent aluminum with a durable red powder-coat finish. This air intake system retains factory emission control equipment, engine breather hoses, and the mass air flow sensor. The tapered cylindrical AEM Dryflow air filter is made of an oil-free synthetic filter media and can be used for up to 100,000 miles (approx. 160,900 km) before cleaning is required, depending on usage conditions. It is easy to install using common tools and comes with an AEM Lifetime Limited Warranty. Since all product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM), please verify compatibility with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and model using the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese models without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All products are shipped via air freight. We do not ship by sea.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) system," and we are unable to provide strength study reports or similar documentation for Japanese vehicle inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility that packaging boxes or products may sustain shipping damage. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please also note that for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us."
