〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Compatibility Check
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicle specifications (USDM). Please confirm compatibility with Japanese domestic vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether the listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look it up for you.)
If an order is placed without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to fitment issues.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model using the tabs on our homepage, this does not guarantee direct, modification-free fitment for Japanese model vehicles.
All product descriptions have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us if you have any questions before placing your order.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the estimated delivery time. Please note that all products are transported by air. Shipping by sea is not available.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that these products are not designed to comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private property, and off-road" purposes, and any installation or use is at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not coordinate support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
