The AEM 21-687C Performance Cold Air Intake System increases horsepower and torque by replacing your vehicle's restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. This air intake system is designed, tuned, and dyno-tested to fit specific Hyundai Genesis Coupe models. Air enters the system through a large AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter, providing superior airflow, filtration, and performance. The air filter is placed in the original airbox space, aimed at reducing intake temperatures and increasing horsepower. The intake tube is made of mandrel-bent aluminum with a durable gunmetal gray powder-coat finish. This air intake system is developed to accommodate the engine's factory emissions control devices, including the engine breather hose. A replacement washer tank is also included to accommodate the shape of the new air intake system. The conical AEM Dryflow air filter is made of oil-free synthetic filter media and can last up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is required, depending on driving conditions.
