The AEM 21-477C Performance Cold Air Intake System increases horsepower and torque by replacing your vehicle's restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. This air intake system was designed, tuned, and dyno-tested to fit specific Subaru Impreza WRX/WRX STI, Forester Turbo, and SAAB 9-2X models. Air enters the system through an oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter for outstanding airflow, filtration, and performance. The air filter is relocated to the passenger side wheel well, which is designed to reduce intake air temperature and increase horsepower. The intake tube is constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum with a durable gunmetal gray powder-coated finish. This air intake system has been developed to accommodate the engine's factory emissions control devices, including the mass air flow sensor. The tapered cylindrical AEM Dryflow air filter is made from an oil-free synthetic filter medium that can be used for up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is required (depending on driving conditions). This air intake system is backed by AEM's Lifetime Limited Warranty. ○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compatibility
Essentially all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not adapted to the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System" in any way, and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese vehicle inspection system. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be cases of shipping damage to packaging boxes or the products themselves.
