AEM 04 Saturn ION L4-2.2L Silver Cold Air Intake

The AEM 21-632C Performance Cold Air Intake System increases horsepower and torque by replacing your vehicle's restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. This air intake system is designed, tuned, and dyno-tested to fit specific Saturn Ion-1, Ion-2, and Ion-3 models. Air enters through an oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter, providing superior airflow, filtration, and performance. The air filter is relocated to the driver-side wheel well to lower intake air temperatures and increase horsepower. The intake tube is constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum and finished with a durable gunmetal gray powder coat. This air intake system has been developed to accommodate the engine's factory emissions control devices, including the IAT sensor and crankcase breather hose. The tapered cylindrical AEM Dryflow air filter is made from an oil-free synthetic filter media and can be used for up to 100,000 miles (approx. 160,900 km) before cleaning is required, depending on driving conditions. The air intake system is backed by AEM's Lifetime Limited Warranty. Note that some AEM air intakes are not legal for sale or use in California and other states adopting California emissions standards, while other products are 50-state legal. 〇Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇Compatibility Check
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please verify whether parts will fit Japanese domestic (JDM) vehicles before placing your order. (If you are unsure if a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look it up for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model from the tabs on our top page, this does not guarantee that they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All product descriptions are translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. In rare cases, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost for large items such as body parts. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported via air freight; they are not shipped via sea freight.

○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are essentially designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not adapted to the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength inspection certificates or similar documents for Japanese vehicle inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility that packaging boxes or products may sustain shipping damage. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from your order if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, we will only handle warranty-related issues "through us." Please note that we do not handle matters through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
