○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Estimates for shipping costs are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where the automatically calculated shipping cost differs significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Note that all products are transported by air freight; they are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be delivery damage to packing boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with delivery damage, defective items, or items different from what was ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, regarding products sold through us, we will provide warranty support "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan regarding warranty claims.
