○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our warehouse in the United States. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Furthermore, all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compatibility
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," so please install and use them at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents as soon as the product arrives. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packing boxes or products. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from what was ordered. Please also note that for products sold through us, we will handle all warranty-related matters "only through us."
