〇 About Import Consumption Tax
At Shafutoya Shopping Site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇Compatibility Confirmation
Since our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm whether or not installation is possible on Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese models without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. For shipping cost estimates, enter your delivery address on the checkout page, and it will be calculated automatically. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may significantly differ from the amount calculated automatically in rare cases. In such instances, we will contact you individually via email.

In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please place your order with sufficient time. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. All products are transported via air freight. They will not be shipped by sea freight.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compatibility
In principle, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar materials for the Japanese vehicle inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be damage to the packaging box or product during transit. Please understand that we will only handle returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Regarding products sold through our company, please note that we will only provide warranty-related support "directly through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
