We cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if an order is placed without prior confirmation.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the system's automated calculation and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery typically takes 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the estimated delivery date. Please note that all products are transported by air; sea freight is not used.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System" (Shaken), and we are unable to provide documents such as strength reports for these purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging or products may occasionally sustain shipping damage. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged goods, defective products, or incorrect items if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that all warranty support for products sold through us must be handled "exclusively through us." We do not coordinate with other companies or domestic agencies in Japan for warranty services.
