PRL Motorsports oiled filters utilize dual-layer woven cotton with deep, high-density pleats to increase filtration surface area by 10% to 15%, promoting more airflow into the combustion chamber while maintaining superior filtration performance. This specially engineered cotton filter captures particles as small as 5 microns. Each filter is encased in stainless steel mesh, providing strength that has been proven to withstand the harshest conditions, making PRL Motorsports air filters resistant to dents.
Each filter is manufactured using a 4-stage low-pressure injection molding process that bonds the rubber base to the internal components. Unlike other manufacturing methods that can block airflow by up to 25%, this process virtually eliminates rubber leaching, maximizing both airflow and aesthetics. Our flexible rubber base ensures a consistent, airtight seal, absorbs vibrations, and withstands millions of thermal cycles.
The specially engineered, lightweight filter lubricant is designed to be vehicle-sensor friendly and generates a positive (+) magnetic charge—an ionic bond—with the filter's stainless steel mesh. This positive charge prevents negatively (-) charged dust particles from entering the filter and causes them to adhere to the stainless steel mesh. This keeps the cotton clear and maximizes airflow.

As all product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm compatibility with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm the delivery date in advance. All products are transported via air freight; they are never shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compatibility
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these standards. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your package immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging boxes and products may sustain damage during transit. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be provided "only through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
