If you order a light package, the lights may ship separately from the rally light bar, ultimate light bar, skid guard, or light plate once they are in stock. Once we catch up on Baja Designs stock levels, lights will ship together with the rally light bar, ultimate light bar, skid guard, or light plate, with a standard lead time of 1–2 weeks depending on inventory. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.*

○ Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shafutoya shopping site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

○ Checking Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please verify whether the product can be installed on a Japanese vehicle (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model via the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit a Japanese model vehicle without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

All products are fundamentally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please place your order with sufficient time. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported via air freight. They are never shipped via sea freight.

○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
The products we carry are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they do not comply with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) standards," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these requirements. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and their installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for damaged goods, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related matters must be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not handle matters through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
