*Note: Currently, orders for Baja Designs lights (light packages and light conversions) may have a 3-4 week lead time. If you order a light package, the lights may ship separately from the Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, Skid Guard, or Light Plate once they are in stock. Once Baja Designs inventory is secured, the lights will ship with your Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, Skid Guard, or Light Plate order. Lead time is typically 1-2 weeks depending on inventory availability. During this period, all lighting orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. If you cannot wait, please refrain from ordering lighting products. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding.*

Before Ordering

〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred during customs clearance on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇 Checking Fitment
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether or not these products can be installed on Japanese domestic vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure if a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look it up for you.)
If you place an order without confirming fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese market vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping costs are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All items are transported via air freight. There is no ocean freight service.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Essentially, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection (Shaken) standards," and we are unable to provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to packaging boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that we only provide returns, refunds, or replacements if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Additionally, for products sold through our company, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
