At the Shaftoya shopping site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred upon entry, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇 Checking Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American specification vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether the product is compatible with Japanese specification vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to investigate for you.)
If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model from the tabs on our homepage, it does not guarantee they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. Due to potential ambiguities in terminology, please contact us if you have any questions before placing your order.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. All items are transported via air freight. We do not ship by sea.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for these inspections. Consequently, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon receipt. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for shipping-damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "only through our company." Please note that we do not offer support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
