If you order a light package, the lights may be shipped separately from the product. Rally Light Bars, Ultimate Light Bars, Skid Guards, or Light Plates will be shipped as soon as they are in stock. Once we catch up on Baja Designs stock levels, lights will be shipped together with your order for a Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, Skid Guard, or Light Plate. Normal lead times depend on inventory, but are typically 1-2 weeks. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. *

Before Ordering

〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇 Confirmation of Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please verify compatibility with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to check for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model on the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. There may be confusing expressions, so please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

〇 Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. All products are transported by air freight. They will not be shipped by sea freight.

〇 Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compatibility
Basically, all products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents for the Japanese vehicle inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

〇 Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be damage to the packaging or the product due to shipping. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding items that are damaged in transit, defective, or different from what you ordered. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "only through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
