At the Shaftoya shopping site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇 Compatibility Check
Our entire product database is based on North American specification vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether or not parts are compatible with Japanese specification vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model using the tabs on our homepage, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All product information is translated into Japanese using translation software. Due to potential ambiguities in the language, please contact us if you have any questions before placing your order.

○ About Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping can be calculated automatically by entering your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a rush, please contact us in advance to verify delivery times. Note that all items are transported via air freight. No shipments are made via sea freight.

○ About Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that these products are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) system," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the purposes of Japanese vehicle inspection. Consequently, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ About Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that for items with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from your order, we will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges if contacted within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, warranty support will be handled "only through our company." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
