At Shaft-ya, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of entry; therefore, you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇 Checking Compatibility
Since our product database is primarily based on North American (USDM) vehicles, please confirm whether these parts can be installed on Japanese domestic (JDM) models before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed item is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to assist you.)
If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to fitment issues.
Please note that even if items are sorted by year, make, and model using the tabs on our homepage, this does not guarantee a direct fit on Japanese models without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping fee may occasionally differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for your order to arrive. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All items are shipped via air freight; we do not use sea freight.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and usage are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranties
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally, shipping damage to packaging or the items themselves may occur. We will provide returns, refunds, or replacements for shipping-damaged items, defective goods, or incorrect orders only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please be aware that for products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
