*Note: Current orders for Baja Designs lights (light packages and light conversions) may take 3-4 weeks for delivery. If you order a light package, the lights may be shipped separately from your Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, skid guard, or light plate once the stock arrives. Once Baja Designs stock is secured, the lights will be shipped along with your Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, skid guard, or light plate order. 〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shafto-ya shopping site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇 Checking Compatibility
All of our product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether or not these products can be installed on Japanese domestic vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to check for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model on the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually by email.

All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to check the delivery date in advance. Please note that all products are transported by air freight. They will not be shipped by sea freight.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Essentially, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation sheets for these standards. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit use, private land, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there may be damage to the packaging or the product due to shipping. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for shipping-damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, we will provide warranty support "only through us." Please be aware that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
