If you order a light package, the lights may ship separately from the Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, skid guard, or light plate once they are in stock. Once Baja Designs inventory is secured, the lights may ship with your Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, skid guard, or light plate order, which typically takes 1-2 weeks. Subject to stock availability. During this period, all lighting orders will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. If you cannot wait, please refrain from ordering lighting products. 〇 About Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇 Confirmation of Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please check whether the product is compatible with Japanese domestic market (JDM) vehicles before ordering. (Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese models without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

○ About Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping quotes are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where the automatically calculated shipping cost differs significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually by email.

Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All products are transported via air freight. They are never shipped by sea freight.

○ About Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products handled by our company are essentially designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide documents such as structural strength analysis reports for Japanese vehicle inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ About Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging boxes and products may sustain damage during transit. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with shipping damage, defective products, or products different from your order if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through our company, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
