*Note: Orders for Baja Designs lights (light packages and light conversions) may be subject to a 3-4 week lead time effective April 1, 2024. When ordering light packages, lights may ship separately from the Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, skid guard, or light plate once they are in stock. Once we catch up on Baja Designs inventory levels, lights will ship with the Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, skid guard, or light plate order, with a normal lead time of 1-2 weeks depending on inventory.Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.*

Before Ordering

〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shafutoya Shopping Site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges other than the total amount paid at checkout.

〇Checking Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether or not it can be installed on Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle; our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. There may be confusing expressions, so please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. For shipping cost estimates, the cost will be calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery date. All products are transported via air freight. They are not shipped by sea.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compatibility
Essentially, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these standards. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit use, private property, or off-road use," and installation and usage are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Additionally, for products sold through our company, warranty support will be provided "only through our company." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or agencies located in Japan.
