*Note: Currently, orders for Baja Designs lights (light packages and light conversions) may have a lead time of 3–4 weeks. If you order a light package, the lights may be shipped separately from the Rally Light Bar. We will ship the Ultimate Light Bar, skid guard, or light plate as soon as they are in stock. Once we catch up on Baja Designs stock levels, lights will be shipped together with your Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, skid guard, or light plate order. Normal lead time is 1–2 weeks, depending on stock availability.We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.*

Before Ordering

〇 Regarding Import Duties and Taxes
At the Shafutoya shopping site, we pay the import duties and taxes incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇 Confirmation of Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please check the compatibility with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model on our homepage tabs, this does not guarantee a direct fitment on Japanese models without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. For shipping cost estimates, they will be calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount automatically calculated. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the lead time. Please note that all products are transported by air. They are never shipped by sea freight.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compliance
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for such purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit use, private property use, or off-road use only," and please install and use them at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packing boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for shipping-damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
