If you order a light package, the lights may ship separately from your Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, skid guard, or light plate once they are in stock. Once Baja Designs inventory is secured, the lights will ship simultaneously with your Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, skid guard, or light plate order. 〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇Checking Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please check whether the item is compatible with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model from the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us with any questions before placing your order.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the lead time. All products are shipped via air freight. No shipments are made by sea freight.

○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we handle are essentially designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not conform to the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength study reports or similar documentation for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for "use on circuits, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be damage to the shipping box or the product itself. Please understand that we only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Additionally, for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
