*Note: Currently, orders for Baja Designs lights (light packages and light conversions) may take 3–4 weeks for delivery. If you order a light package, the lights may be shipped separately from the Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, skid guard, or light plate once they are in stock. Once Baja Designs stock is secured, the lights will be shipped together with your order for the Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, skid guard, or light plate. Before You Order

○ Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shafutoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges other than the total amount paid at checkout.

○ Confirmation of Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please confirm whether the product can be installed on a Japanese vehicle (JDM) before ordering. (Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle. Our support team will check for you.)
If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. There may be confusing expressions, so please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Estimates for shipping costs are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount calculated automatically. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are essentially designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar materials for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if we are contacted within 7 days of receipt regarding items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "only through us." We do not provide support through other companies or agents based in Japan.
