〇 About Import Taxes
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we cover the import taxes incurred during customs clearance, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇 Checking Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American market vehicles (USDM). Please confirm compatibility with Japanese market vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Additionally, please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and model via the tabs on our home page, this does not guarantee that they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us if you have any questions before ordering.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping quotes are automatically calculated once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount automatically calculated. In such cases, we will contact you via email.

In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our warehouse in the United States. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to check the lead time in advance. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.

○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspections
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection" standards, and we cannot provide strength calculation documents for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and usage are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, the packaging boxes or the products themselves may sustain shipping damage. We will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with shipping damage, defective goods, or items different from your order if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan.
