Shipping fees are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. ○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for this purpose. Please check the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be damage to the shipping box or the product itself. Please understand that we will only handle returns, refunds, or exchanges for shipping-damaged items, defective products, or incorrect orders if notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
