〇 About Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount you pay at checkout.
〇 Confirming Fitment
All of our product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please verify compatibility with Japanese specification vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure if a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit Japanese models without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping can be calculated automatically by entering your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items like body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our warehouse in the U.S. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air. We do not ship by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) system," and we are unable to provide strength calculation reports or similar documentation for this system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be damage to the shipping box or the product itself during transit. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "only through our company." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
