This kit includes a regulator/rectifier to convert your bike's alternating current (A/C) to direct current (D/C), allowing for quick, plug-and-play installation with the factory harness. Inspired by the performance of the XL80, the XL40 delivers a proven 5,224 lumens of lighting performance compatible with a wide range of vehicles. Designed to work with low-output OEM stators, it draws only 43.5W, providing a powerful upgrade while minimizing power consumption.
Combined with the signature XL Trail lens, the XL40 produces vertical and horizontal beam patterns, offering superior near-field and peripheral visibility. The Trail lens redistributes the intensity of the center light, eliminating harsh hot spots and ensuring clear illumination for vertical terrain changes, steep elevation shifts, and tight corners. The result is a smooth, evenly distributed light spread that allows you to ride with confidence over even the toughest terrain.

Our entire product database is based on North American (USDM) vehicles; please confirm whether the product is compatible with Japanese (JDM) vehicles before ordering. (If you are unsure whether the listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to investigate for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if you sort products by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Shipping Information
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are transported via air freight. They are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your package immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges if you notify us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective goods, or items different from your order. Please understand that for products sold through our company, warranty support will be provided "only through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
