Winters Performance Gear Set for 10-Spline Quick Change Differential (Set 12 / 26×29 Teeth)
Winters quick-change gears are high-quality gears manufactured from SAE8620 alloy steel, precision-machined and heat-treated for high strength to withstand high output and high torque.
A wide variety of gear sets are available, allowing you to adjust and fine-tune your final gear ratio to match track layouts, tire diameters, and more.
With a quick-change setup, you can achieve two different gear ratios (High / Low) using a single gear set by swapping the top and bottom gears as shown in the photo below.
The final gear ratio depends on the initial settings of the ring and pinion gears in your quick-change differential unit, so please verify beforehand whether your differential uses a 4.12, 4.57, or 4.86 ratio. (4.12 is the most common ring and pinion set.)

〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shafutoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Compatibility Check
All product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether the product can be installed on a Japanese vehicle (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if a product is sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily guarantee that it will fit a Japanese-market vehicle without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. Please be aware that there may be confusing expressions; please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping costs are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please place your order with sufficient time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm delivery times in advance. Note that all products are transported by air freight; they are never shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they do not conform to "Japanese Vehicle Inspection" standards, and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for these systems. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and any installation and usage are at the customer's own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging boxes and products may sustain shipping damage. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
