〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Confirmation of Compatibility
All product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please check the compatibility with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure whether the listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will check it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese models without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Estimates for shipping costs are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping amount and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm the delivery date in advance. All products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not adapted to the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System" at all, and we cannot provide strength study documents or similar for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for "use on circuits, private land, and off-public roads," and we ask that you install and use them at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of the product. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only handle returns, refunds, or exchanges for shipping-damaged products, defective products, or products different from your order if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please also note that for products sold through us, we will only handle warranty-related matters "exclusively through us." Please understand that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
