At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we cover the import consumption taxes incurred upon arrival, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
○ Confirming Fitment
Our entire product database is based on North American (USDM) vehicles. Please verify whether the product is compatible with your Japanese-spec (JDM) vehicle before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
We cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if an order is placed without confirming fitment.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not guarantee that the product will fit Japanese-spec models without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping can be calculated automatically by entering your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items like body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our warehouse in the United States. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery time. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Our products are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection (Shaken) standards," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese vehicle inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranties
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be cases where the packaging or the product sustains damage during transit. For products with transit damage, defective items, or items different from what you ordered, we will provide returns, refunds, or replacement items only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand this policy. Furthermore, for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
