○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically upon entering your shipping address on the checkout page. In rare cases, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost for large items such as body parts. Should this occur, we will contact you via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for delivery. ○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) system," and we cannot provide documents such as strength evaluation reports for these purposes. Consequently, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and use are at the customer's own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally, shipping damage to the packaging or the product may occur. We will provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items only if we are notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that all warranty claims for items sold through us must be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
