If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model using the tabs on our top page, this does not guarantee that the product will fit Japanese-spec vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. For shipping estimates, the cost will be calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you via email separately.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please order with sufficient time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the estimated delivery time. All products are transported via air freight. We do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspections
Basically, all products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they do not comply with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation sheets for these inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with shipping damage, defective goods, or items different from what was ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
