If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if a product is sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily mean it will fit a Japanese model vehicle without modification.

○ About Delivery
Shipping fees are paid at the time of payment. Estimates for shipping fees are automatically calculated once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping fee may occasionally differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ About Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection
Products we handle are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they do not conform to the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the purposes of the Japanese vehicle inspection system. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be cases of delivery damage to the packing boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with delivery damage, defects, or incorrect items.
