K-Tuned PS Eliminator Pulley Kit for K20/K24 A/C and K24
The K-Tuned A/C and P/S Eliminator Kit has been one of our bestsellers for several years. We are now releasing the third revision of this pulley kit, with a few more changes made to further improve the product. Looking back briefly, we were the first company to offer this original design, and we remain the only manufacturer to use a dual pulley design that provides perfect belt alignment and stability, unlike other copycat designs currently available. Another advantage of our kit is that all parts are made from billet aluminum, whereas others still use cheap plastic components.
We always wanted to make our kit completely universal and set it up to work with a 7-rib belt, just like the OEM setup. We are happy to say that we have now achieved exactly that. The problem we had in the past was that accessory belt manufacturers simply did not stock the belt sizes we needed. To solve this problem, we have provided a stronger, custom-length 7-rib belt made specifically for our kit. With this move, we were finally able to make the kit 100% universal. Therefore, whether you have a K20, a K24, or an engine built from a mix of parts, you will have no installation issues at all, and you can use the same kit for everything.
The K-Tuned A/C and P/S Eliminator Kit removes the A/C, P/S, and the factory belt tensioner from the engine. The alternator is then relocated to a lower position, moving it to the original A/C location, providing increased clearance even in the tightest K-swap chassis. This part is particularly useful for EF K-swaps as it provides the necessary headlight clearance. If desired, you can also cut off the mounting tabs used for the original tensioner. This makes it very easy to install ITBs and custom intake manifolds.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. Regarding shipping estimates, they are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where there is a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In that case, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air freight. They will not be shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are generally all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not conform to the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or the like for this system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of the product. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packing box or the product. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or products different from what was ordered. Furthermore, regarding products sold through us, we will handle warranty-related matters "only through us." Please note that we do not handle matters through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
