At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on our end, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

Since our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm compatibility with Japanese domestic vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure if the listed product fits your vehicle; our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If an order is placed without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee a bolt-on fit for Japanese market vehicle models.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated on the checkout page once you enter your shipping address. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where there is a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Note that all products are transported by air. We do not ship by sea.
○Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Please note that all products we handle are essentially designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System (Shaken)," and we cannot provide documents such as strength evaluation reports for Japanese vehicle inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for "use on tracks, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon delivery of the product. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packing box or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products for items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related matters will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not handle matters through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
