The HPS red high-temperature 3-ply reinforced silicone heater hose kit (Part Number 57-1769-RED) is a replacement for the Honda 99-00 Civic Si EM1. This kit replaces the stock OEM rubber heater coolant hoses (Part Numbers: 79721-S02-A10, 79722-S02-A10, 79725-S02-A10, and 19508-P2T-A00) using premium-grade high-heat materials that meet or exceed OE specifications (maximum temperature rating: 350°F). If an order is placed without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping costs are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping fee may occasionally differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air freight; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for these regulations. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-public roads," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging boxes and items may occasionally sustain shipping damage. We will provide returns, refunds, or replacements only if we are notified within 7 days of receipt regarding items that arrived damaged, are defective, or are different from what was ordered. Please understand that for products sold through us, all warranty-related matters will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
