If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if a product is sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model via the tabs on our home page, this does not necessarily mean it will fit a Japanese model vehicle without modification.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated on the checkout page once you enter your shipping address. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may rarely differ significantly from the actual shipping cost. Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic delivery within Japan, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air freight. They are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products handled by our company are essentially designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we are unable to provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese vehicle inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances of delivery damage to the shipping carton or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with delivery damage, defective products, or products different from what was ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through our company, all warranty-related issues must be handled "solely through our company." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
