○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In rare cases, for large items such as body parts, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Generally, all products are shipped internationally from our warehouse in the United States. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you need your order urgently, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery timelines. Note that all items are transported via air freight; we do not ship via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for these regulations. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging or items may occasionally sustain shipping damage. We only offer returns, refunds, or replacements for shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for any items purchased through our company, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
