○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our warehouse in the United States. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm delivery times in advance. Note that all products are transported by air. They are not shipped by sea.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for these requirements. ○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging boxes or the items themselves may sustain shipping damage. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for items that have shipping damage, are defective, or are different from what was ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through our company, warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us."
