○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In rare cases, the automatic shipping calculation for large items such as body parts may differ significantly from the actual cost. In such instances, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when placing your order. If you are in a rush, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are transported via air freight; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that these products do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these purposes. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances of shipping damage to packaging boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us."
