〇Confirmation of Compatibility
All product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please check the compatibility with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if the listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model on the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese market vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may rarely differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm delivery times in advance. Please note that all products are transported by air freight; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System" at all, and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, we will handle warranty-related issues "only through us." Please note that we do not handle issues through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
