NPT threads are widely used in automotive applications; however, they are not intended for repeated maintenance. HPS AN to NPT adapter fittings convert NPT female thread ports to AN-style fittings, facilitating easy maintenance. AN-style fittings can be installed and removed repeatedly without the use of additional sealants or gaskets, whereas barbed fittings and clamped hoses may be damaged through repeated use. HPS AN to NPT adapters are made of 6061 aluminum with a Type II black anodized finish for enhanced wear and corrosion resistance.

〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaft-ya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Confirmation of Compatibility
All product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether or not they can be installed on Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer name, and vehicle model on the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. For shipping cost estimates, they are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where there is a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually by email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air. They are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compatibility
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not adapted to the "Japanese vehicle inspection system" in any way, and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or the like for Japanese vehicle inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and please install and use them at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be delivery damage to the packaging boxes or products. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with delivery damage, defective products, or products different from the order if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, we will handle warranty-related matters "only through our company." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
