〇Checking Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicle specifications (USDM). Please verify whether the product can be installed on your Japanese vehicle (JDM) before placing an order. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the model year, manufacturer, and vehicle model via the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese models without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant difference between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are transported via air freight. They will not be shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Shaken (Vehicle Inspection) Compliance
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with "Japanese Shaken standards," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances of delivery damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with delivery damage, defects, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related issues will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not handle requests through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
