The MK8 Golf GTi/R intake has been thoroughly redesigned from the stock intake all the way to the turbo inlet. Drawing inspiration from our RS3 intake, we have maximized the available space to create a system capable of supporting all power levels, from stock to high-output models equipped with hybrid or full-frame turbos. This intake system was developed to provide maximum airflow while keeping intake temperatures as low as possible.
Each component is designed to provide a smooth, unobstructed path for the turbo. The stock 73mm intake tube has been replaced with a larger 94mm diameter tube. The filter itself has an outer diameter of 192mm (7.5 inches) and a filtration area exceeding 110,000mm². Our patented Venturi housing utilizes the full space in the Golf's engine bay and is designed to provide a laminar flow to the turbo tube. Finally, the duct seals the filter opening against the front slam panel, without being limited by the stock entry feed alone. By lifting the front of the duct, an additional 7-inch diameter inlet is created behind the bonnet to draw in further air. This system significantly increases displacement from the stock airbox while minimizing intake temperatures through its sealed design.

Our product database is based primarily on North American (USDM) vehicles. Please verify whether the product is compatible with Japanese (JDM) vehicles before ordering. (If you are unsure whether a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look it up for you.)
Orders placed without prior confirmation of compatibility are not eligible for returns due to fitment issues.
Please note that even if a product is sorted by year, manufacturer, and model using the tabs on our top page, this does not guarantee that it will fit Japanese models without modification.

○ Regarding shipping
Shipping costs are paid at checkout. Shipping quotes are calculated automatically when you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. In rare cases, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost for large items such as body parts. If this occurs, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. All products are transported via air freight; they are never shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese vehicle inspection (Shaken)
Our products are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the purpose of such inspections. Consequently, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and their installation and use are at the customer's own risk.
○ Regarding warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the products themselves. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "exclusively through us." We do not provide support via other third-party companies or agencies within Japan.
