The GR Yaris intake was developed through extensive data logging of temperatures, flow rates, and dyno testing. As a turbocharged engine, heat and volume were the primary considerations during development. This intake system was engineered to provide maximum airflow while keeping intake temperatures as low as possible. Each component is designed to provide the turbocharger with a smooth, unrestricted path. By ensuring a sealed system, we improved IATs (Intake Air Temperatures) over the stock airbox while increasing internal volume to reduce pressure drop and turbocharger pumping losses. This improves turbocharger efficiency, allowing it to reach peak boost faster and significantly increasing performance.
The filter itself has an outer diameter of 210mm (8.3 inches) and a filtration area exceeding 130,000mm². The patented venturi housing is designed to provide the GR Yaris with maximum internal volume, promoting laminar flow to the turbo tube.
The Eventuri Difference
The Eventuri system for the GR Yaris utilizes a patented carbon fiber housing that provides an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the turbo. At Shaftoya, we pay the import consumption tax incurred during customs clearance on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
○Compatibility Confirmation
Since our entire product database is based on North American (USDM) vehicles, please confirm whether the product can be installed on a Japanese (JDM) vehicle before placing your order. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to assist you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model in the tabs on our homepage, it does not guarantee that they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping quotes are automatically calculated once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount automatically calculated. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm delivery times in advance. Note that all items are transported via air freight; they are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we carry are essentially all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these systems. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and usage are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, for products sold through our company, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not facilitate support through other domestic Japanese companies or agencies.
