CSF 2006-2010 BMW E60 M5 / E63 / E64 M6 Race-Spec Oil Cooler

The BMW factory oil cooler is an all-metal design that seems quite robust. However, the design has several weak points that are prone to leaking. The CSF Race-Spec design reinforces these weak points, particularly around the feed and return lines. CSF’s solid connection block ensures that the reinforced and strengthened return tubes are extremely sturdy while capable of handling any abuse. CSF has also upgraded the more fragile tab/fin core to a robust and durable bar/plate design. The core is 40% larger than the factory unit, featuring two additional rows of oil cooling and a much thicker core (63mm vs. the OE 45mm). This provides the oil system with superior cooling capacity and volume. TIG-welded end tanks complete the series of upgrades, creating a much stronger connection than the factory brazed construction.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery dates. Please note that all products are transported by air. They are not shipped by sea.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide structural review documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging box or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please also note that for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
