CSF 2004-2013 BMW 335i/xi (E90/E91/E92/E93) High-Performance Stepped Core Bar/Plate Intercooler - Silver

The OEM intercooler is made of plastic end tanks crimped onto an aluminum tube/fin core that is 4 inches (105 mm) thick and 5 inches (127 mm) tall. This may be sufficient for suppressing IATs on completely unmodified/stock vehicles, but once a user begins increasing output through bolt-on modifications, tuning, or an engine build, the OEM intercooler becomes the system's Achilles' heel, resulting in IAT spikes that push temperatures outside the optimal range and significantly degrade vehicle performance. Enter the CSF step-core design, bar/plate high-performance N54 intercooler. This "drop-in fit" intercooler requires no modifications for installation and features a 5.5-inch (140 mm) thick lower/larger section and a massive 8.25-inch (210 mm) tall front face. It is constructed using CSF's industry-exclusive rounded bar/plate core design. The rounded front of the cooling bars allows for better airflow into the core. Airflow hits the core surface and travels around the rounded bar faces rather than scattering as it does when hitting the flat bar faces found on all competitor products, providing far better performance than the OEM design (flat bar face) and all other aftermarket competitors (which all feature flat-faced tubes or bars). It is a significant improvement over the OEM unit and can easily handle even the most advanced N54 engine builds. 1000 horsepower is no problem!

Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether or not these parts can be installed on Japanese vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese market vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All products are transported via air freight. They are not shipped by sea.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese vehicle inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and please install and use them at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged products, defective items, or items different from what you ordered. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be provided "only through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
