Ford 2.0L EcoBoost Turbo Blanket (by Cobb Tuning)
The Cobb Tuning Turbo Blanket insulates the turbine housing, providing several benefits. It prevents the dissipation of usable exhaust energy and improves turbo RPM acceleration. This results in faster turbo spooling and reaching peak torque sooner. It also helps to limit heat soak to components adjacent to the turbocharger.
The Cobb Tuning Turbo Blanket is designed to limit the amount of heat radiating from the turbocharger into the engine bay and keep high-temperature exhaust gases in the system longer, which are otherwise evacuated more quickly due to reduced density. By limiting the amount of heat transferred, the lifespan of under-hood components is extended, intake temperatures are lowered, and vehicle response is improved.
Constructed with a fragmented, flame-resistant volcanic rock outer layer (rated for 1500°F direct heat / 1800°F radiant heat), and an interior of high-temperature calcium magnesium silicate wool (rated for 1800°F direct heat / 2300°F peak heat).

Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether or not installation on Japanese vehicles (JDM) is possible before ordering. If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our home page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Estimates for shipping costs are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm the delivery date in advance. All products are shipped via air freight. They are never shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compatibility
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation sheets for these standards. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and please be aware that installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of the product. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, the packaging box or the product itself may sustain shipping damage. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or products different from what was ordered. Please understand this. Furthermore, regarding products sold through us, we will provide warranty support "only through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
