This C.A.R.B. approved intake and integrated airbox looks great and combines the benefits of a short ram intake and a cold air intake, with none of the downsides. This system utilizes several unique features to maintain optimal flow for performance while minimizing turbulence that can cause engine management issues. It uses a CFD-designed velocity stack that leads to a custom conical cloth air filter element with a unique airflow straightener grid. This straightener grid is specifically designed to smooth the incoming airflow as it passes over the mass airflow sensor, resulting in precise readings. This eliminates the "dead spots" experienced with other aftermarket intakes caused by turbulence. No other aftermarket intake system for the Subaru utilizes these critical design elements. To provide a system that looks as good as the technical advancements occurring inside, we utilize an integrated design constructed from high-temperature plastic composite. This not only reduces weight compared to previous metal designs, but the plastic composite also offers much better heat shielding properties, keeping intake temperatures lower. Conversely, intake systems built using metal castings or piping can actually retain heat in the hood and heat the intake air. The SF Airbox adds the benefits of a cold air intake to the superior performance of the SF Intake. The factory air inlet guides cold air from the front grille into the SF Airbox surrounding the SF Intake, preventing power-robbing hot engine bay air from entering the intake system. This unique design also separates rainwater from the intake, eliminating the water ingestion problems that plague fender-mounted cold air intakes. All aftermarket intakes for 08+ Subarus require calibration to ensure the MAF sensor reads correctly and the engine operates within safe parameters. If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese delivery, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with plenty of time. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. All products are transported via air freight. They are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Please note that all products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there may be damage to the packaging or the product itself during transit. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from what you ordered. Please also note that for products sold through us, we will only handle warranty-related matters "through us." We do not handle support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
