2016-2018 Focus RS Intercooler Kit (by Cobb Tuning)
The Cobb Tuning Focus RS Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC) kit combines a high-capacity intercooler core and a 2.5-inch (63.5mm) mandrel-bent hard pipe kit into one package to provide the ultimate intercooler upgrade. It improves the efficiency of your intercooler. The massive 26" x 8.6" x 5" bar-and-plate core provides a 25% increase over stock.
The cast aluminum end tanks include custom-designed fins on the inlet side to help distribute air evenly across the core and maintain pressure despite the increased volume. By combining 4-ply silicone couplers and heavy-duty worm clamps with the all-aluminum construction of the hard pipe kit and core, the entire system is capable of handling much higher boost levels well beyond factory capabilities, even under extreme driving conditions.

If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where the automatically calculated shipping cost differs significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation sheets or similar documents for the Japanese vehicle inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
