2016-2018 Focus RS Cat-Back Exhaust (by Cobb Tuning)
The 3-inch (approx. 76.3mm) stainless steel dual-tip cat-back for the Ford Focus RS is a direct-replacement cat-back exhaust boasting full 304 stainless steel construction, a custom inline straight-through resonator and muffler, and dual polished 4.5-inch double-wall slash-cut tips.
Our exhaust features the same OEM exhaust valve found on the stock cat-back, so there is no need to remove and transfer the original unit. The exhaust valve is a direct plug-and-play connection and is controlled by the factory drive modes, working perfectly with OTS maps or custom Pro-Tunes.

If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and model in the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese models without modification.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow enough time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection (Shaken) standards," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be damage to the packaging or the product due to shipping. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for shipping-damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "only through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
